Since our inception in 1998, N&B Training have supported thousands of learners in achieving the qualifications they need to succeed in their careers.
We put our impressive success rate down to our personable approach. We really get inside the minds of each employer to understand what they need from their apprentices and employees – and then we ensure we provide the necessary forum for education to create highly accomplished and employable professionals.
All learners receive one-to-one support from their own personal Training Coordinator, whether they’re undertaking a one-day CPD course or a 24-month Level 3 Diploma.
Each qualification is tailored to suit the individual needs of the learner and meet the business requirements of the employer – this flexible approach transforms the average qualification into working knowledge that can be applied to the real-life work environment.

Throughout the years of providing specialised training services for SMEs and large corporate businesses in the South East of England, we have formed a longstanding network of employers throughout the region.
These employers, alongside our relationships with schools, careers advisors, youth support and job centres, mean that we can provide a selection of opportunities in an extensive range of sectors.
